I was interested to see Xero top the US based Forbes list of most innovative companies earlier this year, and more recently be nominated Australia’s most innovative company by Business Review Weekly BRW. The innovation benchmark is "change that adds value" and there's no doubt Xero has had a significant global market impact with their cloud accounting software. A quick tweet to Rod Drury and the secret apparently is “think big and great people in the team to contribute and execute." Easy.
